Green Lake Flooring and Renovation

This was a true ground-up renovation in Seattle’s charming Green Lake neighborhood. Our client, a longtime resident in her family home, trusted us to completely transform her basement unit. When we arrived, the space had nothing but uneven concrete floors. By the time we wrapped up, the ground was expertly leveled and brand-new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring was installed—just one highlight of this full-scale home renovation.
